Send the review URL, the exact sentence you think is wrong, and whatever evidence you have — a spec sheet, a warranty document, a photograph of the part number. Specific reports get handled quickly; general objections take longer because we have to reconstruct the claim ourselves.
Manufacturers and PR
We accept review units on the understanding that there is no embargoed positive coverage, no copy approval, and no guarantee we will publish at all. Tell us the configuration you are sending, the list price of that exact configuration, and whether you want it back.
We do not publish sponsored reviews, do not sell placement in the ranking, and do not accept payment to remove criticism.
Reader setups and questions
If you are trying to fit a sit-stand desk into an alcove, or working out whether a trackball will help your wrist, write in. We cannot give medical advice and will not pretend to, but we can tell you what we have measured.
What not to send
Please do not send confidential pricing, unreleased product details under an assumed NDA, or anyone's personal information. If a message needs to be confidential, say so before sending the detail, not after.
